Our Team

Marly Brodsky, MBA

Chief Executive Officer

Marly Brodsky is the CEO and founder of MedCompanion LLC, a platform that provides comprehensive solutions to improve patients’ healthcare experiences. With her 16 years of experience in the healthcare industry and passion for public health advocacy, she left her executive role to become an entrepreneur. The loss of her grandmother to breast cancer in 2020 urged Marly to address the complexities patients face within the healthcare system. With over a decade of experience in medical scribing, she designed MedCompanion to merge the roles of medical transcriptionist, care navigator, and health coach to provide support for patients.

Marly’s stay with the Ngobe-Bugle tribe in Panama for two months in 2009 deepened her understanding of global health disparities. During her stay, she learned about the impact of limited healthcare access on overall health. She has since been dedicated to educating the native population about common health ailments and preventive measures. She has even extended her reach as a guest lecturer at the Women’s and Children’s Hospital in David, Panama.

Marly holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Public Health from San Diego State University and an MBA focused on Organizational Leadership from Rutgers University. She is also an active philanthropist, dedicating significant time and effort to aid native tribes and low-income communities in Panama. As a consultant, Marly uses her business acumen to provide scalable solutions that have led numerous companies to triple their profit margins.

Overall, Marly Brodsky is not only a leader but also a game-changer, committed to transforming the healthcare landscape one patient at a time.
