The Founder and CEO of MedCompanion.
I started this journey after losing my grandmother to breast cancer and experiencing firsthand how overwhelming and confusing the healthcare system can be. At 18, I was diagnosed with a brain tumor—so I know what it’s like to be a patient, too. These moments shaped my mission: to ensure no one has to face their healthcare journey alone.
With a background in Public Health and an MBA in Organizational Leadership, I’ve spent over 18 years leading healthcare innovation across clinical operations, public health, and executive strategy. I’m a nationally certified Health Education Specialist and have built training programs that set the national standard for outpatient medical scribes, training thousands across 87 specialties in the U.S., Canada, and Australia.
At MedCompanion, we serve individuals and families with virtual medical companions who offer clarity, support, and advocacy—especially during doctor visits and critical health decisions. For health systems, we become an extension of the care team—helping close care gaps, improve patient outcomes, and increase reimbursement without adding extra work for doctors.
I’ve been honored to be featured in Forbes, Psychology Today, and over a dozen publications—but what matters most to me is the impact we make on real people’s lives. When I’m not building MedCompanion, you can find me decorating cookies with my kids or dreaming up new ways to make healthcare more human.
Let’s build a better care experience—together.
